I’ll Show My Bóobs Again – Yvonne Okoro

Actress Yvonne Okoro appears unperturbed about the public backlash she received for the dress she wore to the last African Movie Academy Awards (AMAA), which gave a good view of her séxy cleavage. The beautiful actress, who is known for wearing dresses or clothes that cover her séxy and vital parts, has disclosed to a closed source that she would not hesitate to wear the same style any day. She indeed got the whole of Africa talking about her dress for over a week when she popped up at the 2012 edition of the AMAA awards in her black Jovani dress that revealed her tempting cleavage. She amazed people who knew that wasn’t her usual style. It is almost a year now and media guns are still talking about the dress and wondering if she would repeat it in case she makes it to this year’s AMAA.

Ibadan Youths Laud MTN For A Great Show As ‘Loud in Naija’ Concert Begins

Youths turned out, in droves, to witness one of the best concerts ever held in Ibadan, last weekend, at the Adamasingba Stadium, as MTN’s ambassadors and musical superstars stormed the city for a most thrilling musical ‘feast’ tagged ‘Loud in Naija’. Featuring artistes like Wizkid, Davido, KCEE, Tiwa Savage, Chidinma, Sound Sultan, Waconzy, Praiz and many more, the concert was a convergence of industry entertainers.
The fans were treated to sensational performances by the artistes and they didn’t hide their feelings. Kunle Fagbamigbe, a resident of Ibadan, expressed his joy at being part of the great show. According to him, ‘it is good to have these artistes come to perform, at this season of the year, especially, shortly, after some of them have just released new singles and albums, like KCEE’s “Okoso”’.
Participants, in the karaoke session, that held at the concert were glad to have been granted such an opportunity to share the stage with their favourite artistes, as well as take pictures and receive autographs. The female fans were, particularly, excited. Most of them came with placards bearing the images of the artistes and messages of endearment. Speaking to some of them, they appreciated the fact that MTN brought such a high-profile concert to their city. Almost all the artistes engaged the audience, in different forms of dances, starting from ‘skelewu’, the latest dance style. Davido, the originator of the dance, was a class act. Brimming with exceptional youthful energy and a unique voice, the ‘Omo-baba-olowo’ left his Ibadan fans with a good memory. Sound Sultan, one of the music industry’s most consistent artistes, did justice to the status of his new single, ‘Natural Something’. His performance drew a huge applause from the crowd who kept dancing and asking for more. Meanwhile, MTN Project Fame, the telecommunications and ICT company’s platform for nurturing young talented musicians, made an invaluable contribution to the concert. Being the most popular talent-hunt initiative in West Africa, the platform contributed no fewer than six artistes to the concert. Chidinma, Praiz, iMike, Monica, Ayo, Oyinkansade and Adetoun had a remarkable evening and Ibadan youths appreciated their performances as applauses greeted each of these artiste’s showmanship on stage. Wizkid, a favourite, among Ibadan youths, was thrilled with the large turn-out. He said the passion he witnessed from the Ibadan crowd was unbelievable. In his words – ‘they love a good show’. The MTN ‘Loud in Naija’ musical concert will be held in five more cities in Nigeria. The cities are Port Harcourt, Abuja, Ilorin, Owerri and Lagos. All these cities will be covered within the next few weeks. loud3

Dear LIB men, how many of you agree with what Akon said?

Akon who is a known polygamist said in a recent interview that monogamy is not only 'stupid'; it’s 'impossible.' Read what he said below and tell us if you agree with him.. "The average guy in the world has a main girl and they got a side chick. And then they got a jumpoff. At the end of the day as a male we are natural breeders by nature. We can’t even escape it if we wanted to. Let’s say you put 1,000 guys on one corner and one bad chick walk passed. You gon’ see 1,000 heads go, ‘Damn.’ They don’t even know why they doing it. They’re natural breeders. It’s in their genes, they can’t help it. Men are put on this earth to breed and the reason why God put multiple women on this earth is for that. People are having relationships, boyfriend and girlfriend, and treating it like it’s actually marriage. You’re just dating. The whole purpose of dating is so you can date this one, and date this one, and date this one until you find out, ‘Okay, this is the person I want to spend the rest of my life with. Okay now, I commit to what’s called marriage.’ You find that one woman that supplies everything that you desire in a woman, of course that will be a motivation to stick with that one woman, but I don’t know no one woman that can satisfy every man’s one need. It’s impossible. Just like there’s no man that can satisfy a woman’s every need. Women just aren’t built to breed like that or… mate with more than one partner. Women aren’t built that way, men are.”

“Nigerian Men Are Wicked And Full Of Ego”- Ronke Oshodi

After the successful premiere of the movie UNFORGIVABLE Yoruba star Ronke Ojo blasts Nigerian men, calling them not romantic, wicked and not real. “They are mad people because normal people would not act like that. I say to people on a daily basis that I pity African women,” the star adds. She says that Nigeria men, especially Yorubas, treat their wives as slaves. The actress also claims that these married women lack love and care in their marriage, but have to be 110% submissive. Ojo accuses men on buying their women clothes instead of demonstrating their love and affection. “Nigerian men are just not real; they are wicked. They are too full of ego,” - she adds.
